We are currently assisting a buyer seeking to procure
Copper Cathodes and would like to know if your
company is able to supply under the following parameters:

Product: Copper Cathodes
Purity: LME Grade A (or your standard export grade)
Trial Order: 50 metric tons
Contract Quantity: 1,000 ? 5,000 metric tons per month
Contract Duration: 12 months

Kindly provide the following information:

1. Price per metric ton (preferably referenced against
LME pricing if applicable).
2. Discount structure or premium relative to the LME price.
3. Available quantities per month.
4. Payment terms (e.g., Letter of Credit, Documentary Letter
of Credit, SBLC, etc.).
5. Delivery terms (FOB, CIF, or other).
6. Documentation provided with shipments (certificate of origin,
assay reports, etc.).

Please also indicate whether your pricing allows for a
brokerage commission to be incorporated into the
transaction structure.
