JetA1 and En590 Buy Requirement from Pakistan - 27-Feb-2026

We are looking for a flexible suppliers / Refinery who can
sign a 120 months contract for the supply of Huger
Petroleum demand from one of our valued buyers.
below is the crux /summary of procedure after ICPO
and TSA confirmation. The MOQ order is in Millions of
Barrels for Jet Fuel, D6, D2 and also for EN590 on
monthly basis. Please see and respond with in 3 days.
The seller, seller's tank farm will issue the Bottom Test
Authorization Letter ( DTA) for the buyer's approval
along with the following PPOP documents: Product
Passport, Availability of Approved Product, and Supply
Guarantee
Letter. The seller will provide the buyer with
UDTA-DTA-TSR-NOR-ATV-TSA licenses free of charge.
The seller
may request reimbursement from the buyer later if they
wish. This cost can be paid to the seller on the same
date as the fuel bill.
4. Seller issues Complete DTA attached with fresh SGS
Report and Tank Receipt to Buyer, Buyer order SGS to
conduct Dip-Test of the product in the Seller's Tank on
Buyer expenses submit the full injection report to the Buyer.
5. Upon successful Dip Test, sellers inject the fuel into buyer
lease Storage Tank and sellers submit the full
injection report to the Buyer. Seller makes 5 days free
definition
