Gold Bars Buy Requirement from United Kingdom - 25-Feb-2026

We want to buy Gold Dore Bars.

Proposed procedure:
1. Seller and Buyer duly complete and sign the Sales
and Purchase Agreement.
2. The seller will then prepare and obtain all export
documents and permits.
3. Seller will then share trade license and export license
documentation with buyer/buyer’s representatives and
shipping agent - Brinks or Loomis international.
4. Once the documentation is received confirming seller is
compliant with precious metal export, seller and buyer with
its representative team will receive an email confirmation
from Brinks or Loomis International confirming approval
by Brinks or Loomis International to pickup/receive the
consignment.
5. Brinks or Loomis International will pickup or receive
the consignment and supervise and seal the boxes in
front of seller and buyer/representative team. At this point,
seller is the sole beneficiary of the insurance provided by
Brinks or Loomis with Llyods of London.
(Please note: if seller wishes, they may also obtain
their own independent insurance in addition to the
one provided by Brinks or Loomis by Llyods of london).
8. Buyer has full responsibility for shipping, and the Air
shipment to Dubai is handled by Brinks or Loomis
International who will provide the Airway Bill.
9. Import clearance and payment of taxes at Dubai
airport is completed by buyer and its partner/representative
in the presence of seller at Dubai.
10. Brinks or Loomis International transports the goods to
Motiwala or Emirates Minting refinery for final Assay.
11. Seller and buyer meet in refinery to finalise payment
via TT/MT103 or USDT wallet to seller’s Nominated Bank
Account or wallet within 24 to 48 hours after testing/assay.
12. Seller shall confirm sight of funds in his nominated Bank
account or wallet and Transfer full ownership of Gold to the buyer.
13. Preparation for next shipment starts.
