Crude Oils Buy Requirement from China - 07-Jan-2026

We need to buy Crude Oils.

My contact wants 500,000 -1,000,000 barrels to be
delivered on a monthly basis

These are minimum requirements, however preference
would be given to a single company that has access to
heavy crude across several countries.
Additionally, if they have their own vessels that would
make transportation easier, but not a deal breaker.
Ideally the company is doing 6-7m metric tons annually
in volume but we can potentially work with a company
with smaller volume.

My contacts plan, after buying the crude oil, is to send it to
China, whereby it will be refined and turned to EN590.
