Gold Buy Requirement from Kenya - 10-Dec-2025

We are willing to take your gold at a higher price
at -8% gross and -5% net.
The procedure is quite simple:

Procedure for Gold Purchase
1. Buyer Submission
Buyer submits Letter of Intent (LOI) and
Customer Information Sheet (CIS) to the seller.
2. Seller Response
Upon receipt of LOI/CIS, Seller provides the
Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) along with
their own CIS for buyer’s review.
3. Trial Delivery (5-20kg)
Seller delivers a trial quantity of 5-20kg to the
buyer’s nominated refinery in Dubai.
No upfront payment, financial instrument, bank
to bank message, POF, or bank guarantee will
be provided by the buyer for the trial.

Reason being is that the they hasve issued alot
of bank instruments which cost money to the bank
and also all sorts of POF but the seller doesn’t deliver.
So the trial agreement is purely to prove seller’s
performance.

However they are willing to do a contract which includes
agreement of the trial and also clear at customs in
Dubai which will take 5%.
Upon testing at airport the buyer will pay 60% of the
amount and then final assay confirmation at the
buyer’s nominated refinery, payment 40%
remaining will be made all via MT103.
4. Post-Trial Engagement
Upon successful completion of the trial, the buyer
agrees to enter into a long-term engagement of
500kg - 1000kg monthly.
Payment for subsequent shipments will be secured
via Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC), escrow,
blocked funds or BG.

Note:
They will not issue any upfront payment, financial
instrument, or bank guarantee for the trial quantity
due to prior negative experiences with fraudulent
sellers.
But they are open for a successful business.
They will have a contract and they will clear at
customs for trial and for the trial they can take
at higher price of -4net.
