Gold Buy Requirement from Kenya - 11-Nov-2025

We have a requirement of Gold.

Trial Consignment

The Seller shall deliver a trial consignment of 10–50
kilograms of gold.

All expenses related to the shipment and delivery of
the trial consignment shall be borne solely by the
Seller.

No Upfront Conditions

The Buyer shall not be required to provide Proof of
Funds (POF), bank instruments, bank-to-bank
communication, or any other form of financial
guarantee prior to the trial consignment.

Customs Clearance Support

The Buyer shall assist in facilitating the clearance of
the gold at customs upon arrival.

Post-Trial Engagement

Upon successful completion of the trial consignment
and confirmation of the gold’s quality and authenticity,
the Buyer agrees to enter into a long-term purchase
arrangement.

For subsequent consignments, the Buyer shall provide
bank instruments, escrow arrangements, or any
mutually agreed financial guarantee as required by the
Seller.

Long-Term Supply

The parties may agree on monthly or periodic
consignments following the successful trial, with terms
and volumes to be defined in the formal purchase
contract.
