I work directly with verified buyers for EN590 and Jet A1
Fuel. We are currently seeking reliable and legitimate sellers
or refineries ? ideally those who can deliver without unnecessary
delays or time-wasting.

Do you happen to have any FOB Rotterdam buyers in your
network? We are direct to a refinery offering FOB Rotterdam.

Price: 540
Trial Order: 100,000 MT
Monthly Volume: 200,000 ? 300,000 MT
Delivery Terms: FOB Singapore
Condition: Non-sanctioned buyer
Payment Terms: MT103
Procedure: Standard FOB DIP & Pay TTV
procedure, TTM

Buyer 2: Vietnam Buyer (can take sanctioned oil)
Price sanctioned 400
Non sanctioned fob 500 CIF 520
Trial Order: 100,000 MT
First Contract Monthly Volume: 200,000 -300,000 MT
Future Expansion: After several shipments,
buyer can increase to 500,000 MT monthly, eventually
push up to 1Million MT monthly
Deliver Terms: FOB Russia Eastern Port, FOB
Singapore TTV, CIF Vietnam
Payment Terms: [To be confirmed MT103]

Preferred buying procedure:

1. seller issues 2%PB
2. buyer returns 5%BG/DLC
3. seller shows full POP dip test ok
buyer pays 100% product value by TT MT103
4. Buyer will extend 5%BG/DLC for next shipments

If bank escrow is accepted for FOB TTV and CIF VN
if not, if they will accept:
seller 2% PB
buyer return DLC $10mil as security guarantee
vessel arrives, dip & pay by MT103 100%, DLC
will be extended for future shipments
