We are seeking reliable, verifiable suppliers or authorized
mandates for the long-term supply of Crude Oil from
non-sanctioned jurisdictions only (e.g. Nigeria,
Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, United States, Angola, Oman).
Specifications / Requirements:
Quantity: 10,000 200,000 barrels per month
(initial term, renewable)
Accepted Grades: Bonny Light, Arabian Light,
Murban, or equivalent API 32?
Delivery Terms: CIF preferred, FOB negotiable
(to Fujairah / Rotterdam / Singapore)
Payment Terms: Irrevocable, confirmed LC / SBLC
(MT760 / MT700) or TT after SGS Q&Q inspection
Required Documentation:
Certificate of Origin confirming non-sanctioned source
SGS / Q&Q Report Bill of Lading Commercial Invoice
Export License and Tank Storage / Allocation Evidence
Compliance Statement:
Transactions must comply fully with OFAC, EU, UN,
and UAE trade regulations.
No cargo originating from or routed through sanctioned
territories will be accepted.
Procedure:
Seller issues FCO Buyer responds with ICPO
Mutual verification Execution of NCNDA / IMFPA
Contract (SPA) upon confirmation of product availability
and compliance.
