Gold Bars Buy Requirement from Kenya - 18-Sep-2025

We are seeking a reliable supplier for Gold Bars with
the following terms and conditions:

Trial Quantity:

Buyer is willing to accept a trial shipment starting from
5 kg.

Payment Terms for Trial:

No upfront payment,

No bank instrument,

No proof of funds (including BCL or bank-to-bank
communication) will be issued for the trial shipment.

Contract & Consignment Terms:

Buyer will sign a contract prior to shipment.

The signed contract will act as a consignment
agreement, naming the buyer as consignee.

Buyer takes responsibility for the gold once it arrives in
Dubai.

Post-Trial Arrangements:

Upon successful completion of the trial transaction, the
buyer is ready to issue a bank instrument (SBLC,
DLC) or arrange for escrow payment for future
monthly consignments.

Future supply commitment: 250 kg – 500 kg per
month.

Delivery Location:

Dubai, UAE (specific details to be shared upon
contract signing).

Quality & Documentation:

Supplier must provide all standard export documents,
including assay report, certificate of origin, and
customs clearance papers.
