Crude Oils Buy Requirement from Georgia - 09-Jun-2025

We want to buy Crude Oils.

Required Spec:

- Commodity: Crude Oil
- Term: 12 Months Minimum (Trial + 12 months or
longer)
- Delivery: FOB, country of origin
- Quantity: 1M to 4M barrels per month
- Discount: WTI minus $6.00 gross per barrel
- Origin: Not from Russia, Iran, Syria, or Nigeria
- Sulfur: Less than 2.0%
- Payment: 100% after BL via T/T
- Inspection: SGS
- Procedure: Buyer can follow seller's standard

Notes:
- If origin is Kazakhstan / Azerbaijan / Turkmenistan,
seller must be a national oil company.
- No Central Asian origin accepted for Rotterdam,
Fujairah, Jurong, or Houston loadings.
- Buyer is a refinery-backed group in Southeast Asia;
vessels owned by buyer.
- No CPAs issued by buyer; nomination per SPA only.

United States (except Houston port for Central Asian
origin blends)

United Kingdom (Brent – North Sea)

Norway (Ekofisk, Oseberg, Troll)

Saudi Arabia (Arab Light)

United Arab Emirates (Murban)

Libya (Es Sider, Sharara)

Angola (Dalia, Girassol)

Qatar (Qatar Marine, Al Shaheen)

Kazakhstan – only if the seller is the national oil
company (KazMunayGas)

Azerbaijan – only if the seller is the national oil company
(SOCAR)

Turkmenistan – only if the seller is the national oil
company (Turkmennebit)

Note:
Central Asian origin is not accepted for FOB loadings
from Rotterdam, Fujairah, Houston, or Jurong.

Excluded countries:
Russia, Iran,  Syria,  Nigeria
