Contract Quantity: 2000000 BBL
Delivery Terms: FOB Rotterdam, Fob Houston, FOB

Contract Duration: Trial Purchase followed by 12 Month

Payment Terms:
Trial: MT 103, TT Contract: SBLC

Proposed Procedures:

1) Buyer submits ICPO with CIS & TSA
2) Seller issues Commercial Invoice for Buyer to sign and
return.
3) Buyer signs NCNDA / IMFPA with all intermediaries
involved.
4) Seller issues the below POP documents:
a. Injection Report (IR)
b. Authorisation To Sell And Collect (ATSC)
c. Fresh SGS or equivalent Q&Q Report (under 48
hours old)
d. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
e. Certificate Of Origin
f. Unconditional Dip Test Authorisation (UDTA)
g. Commitment Letter To Supply
h. Statement of Product Availability
5) Buyer verifies the above POP documents and makes
payment in full via MT 103 / TT within 24-48 hours.
6) Seller transfers title of ownership to buyer and buyer
lifts the product into tanks / vessel.
7) Buyer pays commissions to all intermediaries.
8) Seller and Buyer sign SPA agreement for monthly
lifts.
