Copper Cathodes Buy Requirement from South Africa - 13-Mar-2025

We want to buy Copper Cathodes.

1. Quantity: Price (CIF) Payment:
Trial-1: 200-500mt LME-18% DLC+
TT after final inspection (China Main Port)
Trial-2: 500-1500mt LME-20%same above

Regular: 10-20K x 12/24 LME-22%
SBLC+ TT after destination inspection
(China Main Port)

2. Procedure :
2. 1: First Trial order to start the
cooperation:
(1). Seller or buyer issues draft SPA
for both sides to negotiate.
(2). After SPA is agreed and signed by
both sides, seller shows past record and
videos of production line and stock yard
as proof of product.
(3). Buyer come to visit seller office
and factory (this is buyer choice)
(4). Buyer issues non-operative
Documentary Letter of Credit to seller bank
(5). Seller issues PB and makes buyer's
LC operative
(6). Seller makes the shipment as
scheduled in SPA
(7). Buyer inspection the Quality and
Quantity after shipment arrived at
buyer's destination port
(8). Buyer release money to seller by TT
2-2: After first trial order is finished
successfully, buyer issues second DLC
to seller for the second order of 500-1000mt
2-3: After finish of second trial shipment,
buyer issues SBLC to seller and seller
replies with PB.
And seller makes shipment on monthly
basis for long contract.

Seller is welcome to visit buyer for
top-table meeting before starting
the deal.
