Jet Fuel Buy Requirement from Oman - 12-Mar-2025


We want to buy Jet Fuel A1.

FOB Rotterdam Buy Procedures
1. Fuel Type: Jet Fuel A1
2. We require 2 million barrels as Trial & 60 million
barrels as Contract
3. We deal on non-Platt rate.

Procedure 1 Jet A1:
Fob DIP ano pay term & transaction buy Procedures:
1. Buyer issue ICPO containing the seller's working
procedure and banking detail along with buyer's
Nominated TSA, company registration certificate and
data page of buyer's Passport.
2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice (C.I.), Buyer signs
and return commercial invoice along with an
acceptance letter. Buyer issues a BCL Bank to Bank.
3. Seller issues
a) Fresh SGS from Rotterdam
b) Dip test by authorisation from the seller (so the
buyer can go and physically verify the cargo using their
own SGS team).
C) Injection letter of 7 pages
d) Q&Q Report.
E) Pre-Injection Report (from refinery reservoir to
leased tanks).
F) Unconditional Dip test authorisation letter (OTA)
g) Authorisation to sell.
H) Fresh Update SGS Report.
i) Certificate of Origin
j) Authorisation to verify physically the product in
seller's tank (ATV).
4. On Verification of the above Documents, the Buyer
submits its TSR to the Seller.
5. Buyer and his testing teams conducts Dip test on
the Seller's Tank for the product and injection
commence from Seller’s tank to buyer’s tank. Buyer
starts processing the Payment through MT103
6. Upon completion of injection, seller issues full
Injection report to buyer and buyer makes 100%
payment via MT103 for the total value of product
injected into the tanks and hands over the MT103
Payment Documents to the Seller.
7. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the
transaction and subsequently monthly shipments
continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and
purchase agreement contract between buyer and
seller.
8. The subsequent delivery shall commence according
to the terms and conditions of the contract.
