Gold Buy Requirement from Kenya - 18-Feb-2025

We want to buy Gold Bars.

1. Seller sends FCO to the Buyer for signing
2. Buyer or his representative will fly to
Kenya to meet the Seller for face to
face meeting Discussion and make necessary
arrangement for the exportation of gold
either personally or duly authorized representative.
3. On satisfaction of the terms by both
sides, the buyer/Representative will verify
the goods and do the necessary testing
of the product by the Kenya Ministry of
Mines and buyer shall be issued with a
preliminary test result. On satisfaction of
the quality of the gold, the Buyer shall
handle the logistics and air tickets to
buyers location.
4. Buyer shall pay for separation cost to
do 10% cash and carry while the rest for cif.
5. The seller agent shall use his bond to
cover for taxes and documentation cost.
After Paperwork has been done, approved
by the Kenyan Customs after 72hours ,
the cargo/ consignment will be transported
to JKIA Airport with all Export Documents and
clearance ready for shipment to Buyer’s
Airport /Refinery
6. The shipment commences to the
buyer’s refinery through Air freight,
prior to the departure, copies of the export
documentation will be sent out to the
buyer via email for the buyer to arrange
preclearance of imported Gold Dores.
7. Seller will inform Buyer when the
delivery arrives at buyer’s Country and
buyer will prepare to clear the import charges
and arrange for the security company to
transport the gold to the refinery for final
analysis.
8. The buyer or buyer’s representative
and seller or seller’s representative will a
ccompany the gold shipment cargo to the
buyer’s designated refinery for final assay
as well as exchange the gold ownership.
9. The buyer shall agree to the seller's
price offer after refining and issuing a
new assay report results
10. Commission shall be paid to parties
intermediaries at the point of closure of the
transaction.
11. The ownership of the goods (title of the
commodity) will pass from the seller to buyer
immediately when seller’s Bank confirms the
transfer payment.
12. This full corporate offer is valid for
14 days for signing from the date of issuance,
if not signed in the agreed time shall be
rendered null.
