12 months x 2.5 Million. Barrels


EN590 10PPM: Origin: US or EU
(non-sanctioned Russian nor under
Kazhakstan):
Quantity: 1st trial 200'000 MT
12 months: 300'000 MT
Price: 490$ net BBL / 500 $ Brutto

Seller provides confirmation of procedure
and pricing on sellers letterhead (broker
documents are not accepted) in the
form of an FCO this must also include
availability of product timeline.

Our office will notify confirmation of
acceptance or requested alterations

Our office will not consider any of
the following
TTO
TE
Upfront payments or deposits for any
element of the proposed transaction
Supplying TSA OR TSR prior to SGS
or logistic documents requirement

Acceptable POP documentation
IR no older than 24 hours
SGS no older than 24 hours
Tank farm location with contact
details for tank farm this cannot be a
sublease or agent contact
