Gold Buy Requirement from Mozambique - 30-Dec-2024

Dear Sir,

We intend to purchase Gold.

We hereby express our intent to establish a business
relationship under the following terms and conditions:

1. Gold Specifications
The gold can be delivered in various forms, including
raw gold (dore bars).
Minimum purity: 92%.

2. Trial Delivery
Initial delivery: Between 25 kg and a maximum of 1000
kg.
Payment Guarantee: Secured by a Payment Guarantee
Letter (PGL) issued by the buyers state-licensed
refinery, accepted by the seller.
Conditions: The trial delivery will be executed as per
the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA), including
INCOTERMS 2010: DAT (Delivery at Terminal), Graz
Airport.
Payment: Via Swift Mt103.

3. Subsequent Deliveries
Following a successful trial delivery, the buyer commits
to providing financial security for subsequent deliveries
through:
Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC).
Standby Letter of Credit (SBLC).
MT799 Blocked Funds.

4. Delivery Schedule
Intervals: Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly as per
contractual agreement.
Maximum monthly volume: 5 tons.

We look forward to finalizing the terms and initiating
this business relationship. Please confirm acceptance of
these terms at your earliest convenience.
