Dear Sir,

We would like to express our interest in
purchasing Gold in Namibia.

1. Product and Quantity
We intend to purchase Gold in
Namibia, which will be 20 kg upon
agreement.
2. Trial Order
we propose a trial order with a 3 Kg
quantity.
The purpose of the trial order is to
confirm quality standards, logistical
arrangements, and mutual understanding
with terms and conditions. Upon
successful completion of the trial,
the 20 Kg contract will commence
as agreed.
