Jet A1 Aviation Kerosene Buy Requirement from Bangladesh - 05-Dec-2024

Dear Sir,

We want to import Jet A1 Aviation
Kerosene.

1. Buyer issues ICPO with company
registration certificate alongside copy
of passport page.

2. Seller issues Commercial invoice,
Buyer countersigns and returns
back to seller.

3. Seller provides for Buyer the Tank
farm full details contact to buyer via
the TSR and issues the below PPOP
and SGS copy documents to Buyer's
secured email for verification.

A. Tank storage Receipt (TSR)

B. Authorization to sell (ATS)

C. Authorization to Verify (ATV)

4 Buyer contact seller tank farm via
the provided TSR to request five
days payment invoice for tank
extension to enable physical
verification and dip test. Upon
agreement Buyer pay for tank
extension, to enable the tank
farm release the current TSR
and inspection permit to
conduct dip test.

5 Upon tank extension (payment
wire confirmation) Seller issue
UDTA to buyer, Seller sends
written permission for site
inspection of the tank storage
and the tank storage company.

6 Buyer conducts SGS inspection
and pay for product by MT103 TT
within 3 banking days against title
transfer of the product.

7 Seller pays commission within 48
hours by swift MT 103 to
all intermediaries as signed in
the NCNDA/IMFPA

FOB tank to tank procedure

1. Buyer issues ICPO containing the
seller's procedure with banking details
and scanned copy of buyer's passport
along with (TSA) Tank Storage
Agreement (TSA) from buyer's
Logistic Company.

2. Seller issues Commercial Invoice
(CI) for the available products in
Tank at the Port, for Buyer's
review and endorsement and
return for legalization on seller's

expenses 3. The Seller's verify the
Tank Storage Agreement (TSA
provided by the buyer.

Upon successful verification and
approval of the authenticity and
availability of the Storage Space Facility
reserve in favor of the buyer.
Seller release the below POP
documents directly to end buyer
secure email
a) Copy of Legalized Commercial Invoice.

B) Copy of Commitment to Supply.

C) Copy of Injection Report

d) Copy of Fresh SGS (Not Older Than 48 hrs.)

e) Copy of ATS-Authorization to Sell & Collect

f) Copy of Authorization to Verify (ATV)

g) Copy of Dip Test Authorization (DTA)

h) Copy of Commitment Letter to Supply

i) Copy of Export license.

J) Copy of Statement of Product
Availability.

K) Copy of Tank Storage Receipt
(TSR) with barcode and GPS
Coordinate.

1) Copy of NCNDA/IMFPA

4. The Buyer Conducts Dip Test in
the product in the seller's reservoir.

5. Buyer provide Authority to Inject
(ATI) from it Logistic Company to
enable seller commence Injection
of Product into the Buyer's Tank.

6. Within Twenty-Four (24) Hours
upon completion of the Injection,
buyer make payment for the total
cost of the product injected into
buyer's tank by TT wire transfer to
seller's nominated bank account.

7. Buyer lifts products and all
intermediaries are paid, Seller
and Buyer consider and signs
further contracts after successful
Transaction…
Jet A1 Fuel Colonial Grade
Minimum Quantity: 1,000,000
Barrels.
Maximum Quantity: 4,000,000
Barrels per Month.
FOB Price: Gross $78.00 USD/Net
$76.00 USD per Barrel
