Gold Dores Buy Requirement from United Arab Emirates - 09-Nov-2024

Dear Sir,

We hereby irrevocably, confirm and warrant with full
legal responsibility and authority ,and under penalty of
perjury or fraud that we are ready, willing and able to
enter into a contract for the purchase of Gold Dore
Bars as specified below and that the finding is
available.

Form: Dore Bars
Fineness: 96% or better
Origin: Any African country
Delivery: CIF buyer s designated refineries U.A.E.

Our Buying Procedure
1. Buyer send the LOI.
2. Seller will issue a contract.
3. Seller ships gold per the terms outlined in the
contract.
4. Buyer pays all import duties in Dubai and arranges
(and pays for) secure transport to refinery. Gold is
assayed the day of arrival or the following Dubai
business day.
5. Payment is wired to seller's bank account of choice
in US Dollars.
Each settlement / exchange shall be accompanied by all
documents related to the transaction as follows:

a. Master Airway Bill / House Airway Bill for Air Channel
marked “Air Freight and Export Tax Pre-Paid”.
The label must show a shipment description as “believed
to contain gold” and clearly indicate the Harmonised
System Code (HS Code) for Raw Gold Ingot form
71081210 or 71081210 for Bullion;
b. Two (2) original copies of the Commercial Invoice.
C. Certificate of Origin notarised by a court from point
of origin.
D. Certificate of Ownership notarised by a court from
point of origin.
E. Proof that all taxes have been paid at point of origin
prior to export to Dubai. This document must be
Notarised by a court at the point of origin.
F. Proof of legal export from the point of origin. This
document must be Notarised by a court at the point of
origin.
G. Copy of Insurance Certificate (110% of
value) and noting the Buyer’s name.
H. Assay Report from an internationally
recognised refinery at point of origin.
i. Packing List (Gross Weight and Net Weight).
J. Flight number and Date of arrival.
K. Declaration averring that the product is
free and clear of non-criminal origin,
unencumbered and free of
any liens, transferable and exportable.
L. Responsible Sourcing Certificate in
compliance with OECD requirements
confirming gold was sourced by non
exploit or child labour and was sourced
from non conflict countries.

Note: No money will be paid to the seller NOR to a
third party (government, tax office, shipping company,
etc.), prior to the assay in Dubai. No bank instruments
of any kind will be provided.
