We need to buy EN590.

procedure (ttt only)

1. buyer sends icpo upon receipt
of soft offer with tank storage
agreement (tsa) proof of storage
tank availability;

2. seller issues commercial invoice /
ci for quantity available in storage
tank to buyer, buyer signs and
returns to seller;

3. seller issues dip test authorization
to buyer, buyer and storage logistics
company sign and returns;

4. seller check buyer's tank fleet
and issue pop documents:

* verification authority (atv);
* sgs fresh report;
* sale and collection authority;
* pumping report (injection
report);
* certificate of origin;
* tank storage receipts. (tank
receiver including tank number);
* refinery commitment to provide;
* export license.

5. buyer orders sgs to carry out
a product immersion test in
seller's tank at buyer's expense;

6. upon successful immersion test,
seller issues injection programming
and injects fuel into the rented
storage tank and seller submits
complete injection report to buyer;

7. buyer makes 100% payment by
mt 103 tt bank transfer for the
entire product and seller pays
commission to all intermediaries
on seller side as buyer also pays
commissions to all intermediaries
on buyer side involved in the
transaction within 24 hours after
buyer's payment confirmation.
