We hereby expresses its formal interest in establishing a
long-term commercial relationship for the supply of EN590
10 PPM Diesel. We kindly request your best commercial
offer in line with the details below.

Our initial procurement requirements are as follows:

Product: EN590 Diesel 10 PPM Quantity: 50000 MT (Trial
Shipment)

Contract Term: 12 months with monthly liftings

Delivery Terms: CIF Destination Ports: Tema Port, Ghana
and Freetown Port, Sierra Leone

Inspection: SGS at both loading and discharge ports

Payment Terms: Bank-to-Bank transaction via
Documentary Letter of Credit (MT700) or Standby Letter of
Credit (MT760), subject to mutually agreed contractual
procedures

To proceed with due diligence and commercial evaluation,
we kindly request the following documentation and

Latest SCO or FCO

Full product specifications and quality certificates

Proposed CIF pricing structure

Delivery schedule and logistics framework

Standard transaction procedure

Corporate profile and company registration documents

Refinery or supplier details, where applicable

Banking coordinates for bank-to-bank communication
following contractual agreement
