EN590 Buy Requirement from Oman - 11-Oct-2024

Dear Sir,

We are looking for a Reseller who can supply the
EN590 10 ppm 200000 MT Trail + 12 Months as per
the below procedure.

Take Over

1. Seller issues FCO with banking details and CP
2. Buyer issues ICPO with banking details and CP
3. Seller sends Commercial Invoice (CI) to the buyer
and the buyer signs and sends it to the seller. Seller
sends NCNDA/ IMFPA format to all respective
intermediaries via Seller's Mandate. Subsequently filled
NCNDA/IMFPA shall be returned back to the Seller for
endorsement.

4. Seller sends to the buyer the following PPOP
documents:

A. TSR with the related Injection Report in the name
of the seller.
B. ATV (Authorization to Verify) with the permission to
verify with the main tank farm
C. Seller ATS/ATSC

5. Buyer SGS team conducts dip test inspection on the
product in seller storage tanks at buyer expense.(If
there is an SGS or Injection Report (not older than 72
hours) the buyer will accept it without conducting a
New Dip Test.)

6. After the buyer's successful verification of the above
PPOP documents, the buyer pays for the product via
MT 103/TT against title transfer with all exportation
documents bank to bank.

7. The buyer extends the seller tanks after successful
verification of PPOP till the product will be discharged
into the buyer’s vessel against a separate Invoice.

8. Buyer provides his vessel (ATI) within 72 hours after
successful verification of the PPOP documents.

9. Upon receipt of the buyer's ATI, the seller injects
the product into the buyer's vessel.

10. The seller will pay all respective intermediaries
within 72 hours of the buyer's payment, as specified in
the executed NCNDA/IMFPA.

11. Spot/Trial delivery is concluded successfully, and
the buyer and seller execute the contract according to
the delivery schedule. DLC and 2% PB. The
subsequent delivery shall commence according to the
contract terms and condition of Sales and Purchase
Agreement and Mandates Intermediaries are protected
to receive their monthly commission with rolls and
extension.
