Diesel and Light Crude Oils Buy Requirement from Malaysia - 10-Oct-2024

Dear Sir,

We are seeking genuine sellers or refineries for EN590
10 PPM Diesel and Light Crude Oils.

We are a verified buyer looking for legitimate sellers or
refineries for long-term cooperation. Our purchasing
needs are as follows:

Products: EN590 10 PPM Diesel and Light Crude Oil
Quantity: 100000 MT/month for a 12-month contract
Destination Ports: China (Zhanjiang or Qingdao)
CIF Price Requirement: Net price must not exceed
$350/MT, as oil prices are declining. Please do not
waste time offering higher prices.

Important Note:
Our buyer will only proceed with sellers who accept the
following 4 non-negotiable conditions for the first
transaction. Any other conditions can be discussed
after the first successful deal:

Contract Verification: The buyer will appoint a lawyer to
verify the contract at the seller's office or refinery.
No Upfront Payment: The buyer will not make any
advance payments, verification fees, shipping fees,
charter fees, or documentation fees.
100% Payment via DLC (MT700): The buyer will pay
100% using a Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) via
MT700, and all payments must be made to the same
bank account.
2% Performance Bond: The seller must issue a 2%
performance bond (PB) within 7 banking days after
receiving the buyer?s DLC.
Attention Intermediaries: If you cannot confirm the
seller?s legitimacy or you represent scammers, please
avoid contacting us. The buyer is very cautious about
fraudulent deals and will not engage with
untrustworthy sellers.
