We have a purchase order for Ultra
Low Sulphur Diesel Full (
EN590 10PPM ), Croatian ready.

We want to see past B/L and
COO along with FCO .
Origin : Anywhere
Our Requirement is as below:

EURO2 500PPM
400, 000 per month

200, 000 per month

port of Vietnam

Please send us your SCO with
specifications data sheet, and
send the contract because it is
time.

Payment Terms: LC/SBLC

Trail Transaction of 50, 000MT
10 PPM
Payment Terms : We issues Irrevocable
Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO) on
our official company letterhead to
the seller. (After FCO & verification
of past BL & COO)
2. Seller Company issue Draft
Contract / Sales & Purchase Agreement
(SPA Open for amendments if any)
both parties sign and seal the present
contract and exchange the copies
electronically.
3. Upon the signed SPA:
a) For the first trial shipment, we
will issue a Block Fund (USD Currency)
with an amount of 50% value of the
shipment. (when the Seller provides
the Q88 with IMO to the Buyer) in
the Buyers name and the bank
commit to making payment to the
Seller immediately upon successful
product confirmation against SGS/CIQ
Report of Quality and Quantity at
destination port, buyer makes
payment by MT103 T/T. if there
is no goods, the seller will have to
compensate the buyer for warehouse
rent. After completing the bill.
B) Upon receipt and confirmation of
our Block Fund to guarantee the first
trial shipment, the Goods will be
estimated to arrive at destination
within 12~16 days.
