EN590 Buy Requirement from India - 01-Jul-2024

Dear Sir,

We want to buy EN590 10 PPM 100 K Mt on Trial basis
and after that on 12 month contract at Myanmar port
Thilawa Harbour.
Only my buyer procedure is acceptable if some one is
able to provide the product on this condition. Then
please contact asap.
My procedure is:

1. The buyer issues the icpo must be with buyer
company letterhead and buyer any form of
identification, (preferably international passport)

2. Seller issues draft icpo (open for any amendments)
To buyer. buyer signs, seals and returns the draft Icpo
to seller.

3. Upon final icpo is confimred by seller, BCL (Bank
confirmation letter) shall be issued to the seller.

4. After checking the bcl in an official way by the
seller through a bank-to-bank inspection, and the seller
can accept the bcl, spa (sales purchase agreement)
shall be signed.

5. After the seller has handded the full set of ppop _ as
shown in no. 11 and no.14 to the buyer, the buyer
shall issue pof (proof of finance) to the seller.

6. The amount of money stated on pof shall be the
same amount as the payment for the quantity of the
fuel that is shipped to the buyer.

7. When shippments has come to myanmar, the fuel
will have to pass sgs.

8. After passing sgs, the unloading of the fule shall
bestarted at thilawa harbour.

9. The transfering of payment shall be started at the
same time with the unloading of the fuel. The payment
will be transferred to the official account of the seller
Via MT103/TT.

10. By the time the unloading of the fuel is completed,
the transfer of payment to the seller for the fuel shall
be completed.
