EN590 and Jet Fuel Buy Requirement from United States - 27-Jun-2024


Dear Sir,

We want to buy EN590 and Jet Fuel.

The Premium Tank Farms will only confirm. This includes
Vopak, VTTI, Koole, LBC, Team Terminal, Kinder
Morgan.
Tier1 buyer

Transaction Procedure for JET A1
FOB DIP and pay procedures (Houston)

1. Buyer accepts seller’s working procedures and issues
ICPO and CIS to the end seller via seller’s
representative. Also provides Tier 1 tank farm manager’s
name & email for verification of storage.

2. Seller issues commercial invoice, and for buyers
endorsement.

3. The Seller issues the following POP documents to
the buyer for evaluation:

A. Fresh SGS report (not older than 48 hrs.)
B. Tank Storage Receipt (TSR) with GPS coordinates
and HUB numbers.
C. Commitment to Supply
D. Certificate of Origin
E. UDTA - Unconditional Dip Test Authorization
(optional)
F. ATSC Authorization to Sell & Collect
G. Injection report
H. Product Passport (Product Analysis Report)

4. Upon verification of pop documents buyer orders
inspectors to conduct dip test of the product in the
seller’s tanks at buyer’s expense (optional).

5. Upon Successful dip test buyer provides their Notice
of Readiness to receive the product. Seller, and buyer
coordinate with the injection firm to initiate the
injection to the buyers tanks. Seller issues to the buyer
title holder transfer agreement.

6. Upon completion of the injection to the buyers
tanks the buyer makes 100% payment by MT103 TT
wire transfer for the total product amount. Upon
conformation of the product payment the seller issues
to the buyer all export documents.

7. Seller issues draft Sales and Purchase Agreement to
the buyer to review for 12 month contract delivery
with role and extensions.

8. Buyer reviews and approves the Sales and Purchase
Agreement and issues Letter of Credit, Standby

Letter of Credit, or Document Letter of Credit (non-
transferable) auto revolving for 1 months shipment
value, for the length of the contract and for each lift
per schedule.

9. The subsequent delivery shall commence according
to the terms and conditions.
