Gold Bars Buy Requirement from Austria - 21-Mar-2025

We have a buyer mandate status and
express our interest in purchasing Aurum
(AU) Gold Bars for our serious buyer, a
big Austrian state-licensed refinery, for
the contract period of min.5 years, under
the following commodity specifications:

1. Commodity: Aurum (AU)
2. Form: Gold Bar / Dore Bar
3. Purity: min 92%
4. Fineness: Minimum of 23 carats
5. Assay: The final assay will be conducted
at and by the Buyer?s registered and
nominated refinery (in Graz, Austria) and
the result will be accepted by both the
Buyer and Seller.
6. Origin: legally sourced and free of
sanctions in accordance with OECD
guidelines
7. Packing: Export package boxes / bar
8. Trial: min 25 kg, Incoterms 2020
DAT (Delivery at Terminal)
9. Contract: The trial delivery (25 kg) will
take place within 30 days of signing the
SPA. All subsequent deliveries will occur
regularly (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly)
with quantities ranging from 100-500 kg,
depending on contractual agreement
10. Destination: Airport Graz/Austria
11. Payment: Trial delivery: after assaying
payment with MT103 Turbo Swift within
3 banking days. Regular deliveries are
payed with MT103.
