1. Russian Milling Wheat

- Quantity: 6,000 MT (one shipment)
- Origin: Russian Federation only
- Destination: CIF Djibouti Port, Djibouti
- Target Price: USD 260/MT CIF
- Protein: Min. 13.5%
- Wet Gluten: Min. 28%
- Moisture: Max. 14%
- Test Weight: Min. 77 kg/hl
- Falling Number: Min. 260 seconds
- SGS inspection at loading.

2. Milling Wheat ? Any Export-Eligible Origin

- Quantity: 25,000 MT (one shipment)
- Origin: Any export-eligible country
- Destination: CIF Djibouti Port, Djibouti
- Target Price: USD 200/MT CIF
- Please provide available grades, complete specifications
and recent Certificate of Analysis (COA).
- Kindly quote separately for bulk shipment and 50 kg PP bags.

Payment Terms for Both Requirements

The buyer's preferred payment method is 100% Irrevocable
Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC/LC) at Sight, with no
advance TT payment or down payment.

Please confirm whether your company can accept these
payment terms. If not, kindly indicate your alternative
payment structure.

We would appreciate receiving your best Soft Corporate
Offer (SCO), including product specifications, country of
origin, price, loading port, shipment schedule, available
quantity, and company export documentation.

We are interested in establishing a long-term B2B
supply relationship, subject to buyer approval, supplier
verification, and final contract.
