Origin: India / Pakistan / Thailand Etc Either Is Acceptable.

Specifications: As indicated in specimen sheet and the signed
contract.

Packing: 50kg Pp Bags

Quantity: 15000 Mt Per Monthly Shipment (x 12 Months)

Shipments: Contract Delivery. Cif Based On The Signed Contract.

Destination Port: By Sea - Mombasa, Kenya Sea Port, Eest Africa.

Contract Length: Monthly Shipments For Duration Of 12 Months
With Price Review Before Every Shipment

Payment Terms: 100% Upfront By T/t. In 2 Installments 70% after
signing of contract and confirmation of sample health test, 30% after
bill of lading.

You will need the services of resident attorney that will stand as payment
guarantor and will also assist supplier to sign payment contract in ministry
of commerce & trade with the court for contract registration, seller pay seller
lawyer [$6, 500usd] while buyer pay buyer legal teams.

Note: This contract supply is open to direct producer /exporter only and for
seller to receive payment based on government ruling laws, seller will visit
Nairobi, Kenya for physical identification, samples health test confirmation
and contract signing legalization, the seller will need the services of resident
lawyer who will stand as payment guarantor and also assist the seller to sign
legal contract live hard copy documents in the ministry of commerce with the
payment authorization at the court which seller pay lawyer legal fee to seller
lawyer $6, 500usd as government fixed legal fee amount for the 12 months
supply length while buyer pay theirs to their legal team, after which seller receive
first install 70% by bank tt or LC as seller choice demand which seller rep will
confirm before departing from Nairobi, Kenya through swift, but based on the
covid19 that seller can not visit buyer country, the resident lawyer will workout
the contract on seller behalf as far seller and lawyer has sign power of attorney,
If yes that you can work by the procedures kindly revert
back so i can send you our LOI.

Also as buyer mandate, i will work out the contract in your favor as such am entitled
to $2usd commission per mt, which you will pay me only after you have receive your 100%
full payment by LC or TT. confirm these procedures and if there is amendment inform me
so that we talk about it and if no correction from your side, inform me to send you the loi
and you send us proforma invoice with sales contract for buyer signing and stamping.
