Nursing Pads Buy Requirement from Germany - 05-Oct-2026

We are looking for a manufacturing partner for
disposable nursing pads made entirely from
Natural materials, for example:

Outer layer: Viscose, laminated with breathable PLA Film
Absorbent core: 100% PEFC-certified cellulose
(chlorine-free bleached)
Skin-contact layer: 100% biocompatible PLA* fiber
(PLA polylactic acid, a bioplastic derived from corn starch)

Important: we specifically do not want superabsorbent
Polymers (SAP) or any similar synthetic gelling materials in
the product. The pads should still be highly absorbent and
thin despite using only natural materials.

Could you let us know:
Whether you are able to produce nursing pads to
this specification
Minimum order quantities
Pricing per unit at different volumes
Available certifications (e.g. OEKO-TEX, GOTS
compostability certificates)
Lead times for samples and production

We would be happy to provide further details or
discuss this further.

Thank you.
