Used Cooking Oil (UCO) Buy Requirement from India - 24-Sep-2026

We are currently looking to establish a reliable overseas
supply relationship for UCO and would like to explore an
initial purchase of approximately 500 MT, with the possibility
of moving to regular and larger-volume purchases based
on the quality, pricing and performance of the first
shipment.

We would appreciate your best commercial offer based
on the following requirements:
Product
Used Cooking Oil (UCO)

The material will be used as feedstock for biodiesel
production in India.

We are interested in both ISCC-certified and non-ISCC
UCO. If you have both types of material available
please quote them separately, clearly identifying the
certification status and applicable specifications.

Quantity
Initial quantity: 500 MT

Please also indicate your approximate monthly supply
capacity and the quantity you can comfortably
commit for repeat shipments.

Pricing
Please provide your best price on a:
CIF Mundra Port, Gujarat, India
If possible, please provide separate quotations for:
1. Non-ISCC UCO CIF Mundra
2. ISCC-certified UCO CIF Mundra

If you have different grades or specifications available,
please quote each grade separately along with the
corresponding COA/specification.

We would prefer to understand the price difference between
certified and non-certified material rather than assume
a single specification.

Payment
Our preferred payment structure is:
Irrevocable Documentary Letter of Credit at Sight
(LC at Sight)

The LC would be issued through a reputable Indian bank
subject to mutually agreed commercial terms, satisfactory
supplier due diligence and our bank approval of the
transaction structure.
Please confirm whether you can accept LC at Sight.

Quality / Specification
As a general indication, we are looking for UCO
suitable for biodiesel production.
Our preferred parameters are approximately:
FFA: preferably 5%
MIU: preferably 2%
Moisture: preferably 0.5%
Sulfur: preferably 50 ppm
Vegetable-origin UCO
Free from mineral oil contamination
No prohibited substances or chemical
contamination

However, we are open to discussing different grades.
If you have UCO with higher FFA, MIU or moisture but at
a more competitive price, please share those specifications
as well. We can evaluate the economics based on the
actual COA and our downstream processing requirements.

Certification
Please clearly indicate:
Whether the offered UCO is ISCC-certified
If ISCC-certified, please provide the current ISCC certificate
number and validity
If non-ISCC, please confirm that the offered cargo is
non-ISCC / non-RED sustainability-declared
Country and region of origin of the UCO
Whether the material is collected directly by Agrosul or
sourced through third-party collectors/aggregators
If both ISCC and non-ISCC material are available
we would appreciate separate offers for both.
Loading & Logistics
Please advise:
Port of loading
Country of origin
Available shipment window
Preferred shipping method
Flexitank / ISO tank / bulk shipment options
Estimated quantity per shipment
Whether partial shipment is possible
Approximate monthly export capacity to India or Asia

Our destination port is:
Mundra Port, Gujarat, India

Inspection
We generally prefer independent third-party inspection
through SGS, Intertek or another mutually agreed inspection
company.
Please confirm whether you are comfortable with
pre-shipment inspection covering quantity and quality.

2. Company registration details
3. Current UCO product specification / COA
4. ISCC certificate, if applicable
5. Typical origin of the UCO
6. Monthly available quantity
7. Loading port
8. Recent export experience with UCO

10. Proposed Incoterms and shipment terms

We are looking for a long-term supply relationship rather
than a one-off transaction. If the first 500 MT shipment is
completed successfully, we would be interested in
discussing regular monthly volumes.

MT, preferably showing the price separately for non-ISCC
and ISCC-certified UCO, if both are available.
