I am currently looking for a reliable Avocado supplier
exporter in Malawi who can provide consistent quality
and supply for both an initial trial shipment and, if
successful, potentially larger and regular orders.

For the initial trial, I am considering approximately
500 kg of avocados**. Before proceeding, I would
appreciate it if you could provide detailed information
on the following:

1. Product Information

Available Avocado varieties (Hass, Fuerte, Pinkerton, etc.)
Current availability and harvesting season
Average fruit size/weight and grading options
Export-grade percentage
Quality specifications and maturity/ripeness at the
time of shipment
Country of origin and farm/source location

2. Pricing

Current export price per kg
Price for approximately 500 kg
Whether pricing differs according to variety, size, or grade
Minimum order quantity
Whether you offer better pricing for larger or regular orders
Please specify the price basis, such as **EXW, FOB,
CIF, or another Incoterm**

3. Packaging

Available packaging options (cartons, crates, etc.)
Standard weight per carton
Number of cartons required for 500 kg
Packaging cost
Availability of export-standard packaging suitable
for international transportation

4. Export & Documentation
Please advise whether your company can arrange
provide the necessary export documentation, including:

Commercial invoice
Packing list
Certificate of Origin
Phytosanitary Certificate
Export documentation/customs clearance
Any other certificates required for export from Malawi

Please also confirm whether you are already exporting
Avocados internationally and, if possible, which countries
markets you currently supply.

5. Logistics & Shipping
I am currently evaluating both air freight and sea freight
options from Malawi to Karachi.

Could you please advise:

Your recommended shipping method for Avocados
Nearest suitable airport/port for export
Whether you can arrange transportation from your
facility to the airport/port
Estimated transit time
Cold-chain/refrigerated transportation arrangements
Recommended temperature and packaging conditions
Whether you work with freight forwarders experienced in
fresh-produce exports
Whether you can quote a CIF Karachi*price, if available

6. Trial Shipment
For the initial order of approximately 500 kg, please
provide an estimated complete quotation, including:

Product cost
Packaging
Local transportation
Export handling/documentation
Any other charges on the Malawi side

If possible, please provide separate pricing for
EXW/FOB and CIF Karachi so that I can properly
calculate the total landed cost in Pakistan.

7. Future Business
If the initial trial shipment is successful, I am interested in
