We are a buyer in China and are seeking firm offers for the
following products on a monthly recurring basis:

Aluminum Ingots A7

Electrolytic Copper / Cathode Copper

Quantity: Minimum 20,000 MT per product per month.
Delivery: CIF Shanghai Port, China (Incoterms 2020).
Payment: Irrevocable international Documentary Letter of
Credit (DLC) at sight, issued by the Buyer?s bank.

Please quote your best USD/MT CIF Shanghai price and
provide the following:

Detailed product specifications and chemical composition

Monthly supply capacity and annual capacity

Origin, brand, and producer information

Packing details

Shipment schedule and lead time

Offer validity

Minimum specifications required:

Aluminum Ingot A7: Al = 99.70%, Fe = 0.20%, Si = 0.08%,
conforming to GB/T 1196-2017 or equivalent.

Electrolytic Copper / Cathode Copper: Cu = 99.95% (99.99%
preferred), conforming to GB/T 467-2010 or equivalent; LME-
registered brand preferred.

Please also provide the relevant certificates and documents
you can supply, including but not limited to:

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

Bill of Lading

Certificate of Origin

Mill Test Certificate / Certificate of Analysis

Quality Inspection Certificate (SGS, CCIC, CIQ or equivalent)

Weight Certificate

Insurance Certificate (110% of invoice value, ICC A)

ISO certificates

Producer authorization / LME registration (for copper)

Non-radioactive certificate

Fumigation / ISPM 15 certificate if wooden packing is used

Any other documents required for China customs clearance

Company profile, export license, and past shipment records
