Ammonium Sulfate Buy Requirement from India - 08-Sep-2026

The Buyer, the important end-user for his own crops in
Brazil, is ready, willing and able to purchase the following
fertilizers under the terms and conditions specified below:

1. Commodity names and quality ordered:

Commodity Order Quantity per month

Large Granular Urea Fertilizer 50,000 metric tons

Ammonium Sulfate (Caprolactam White)
50,000 metric tons

Supply Period: about 3-5 months

2. Quality Requirements:

Urea

Nitrogen (N) content: 46% minimum.

Please provide us with Nitrogen Content, Moisture
particle size and other specification.

Ammonium Sulfate (Caprolactam White)

Nitrogen content: 21% Sulphur =24%

Moisture =1.0% Free Acid =0.05%

Please provide us with your product specification.

3. Packing

In bulk or in one ton Jumbo bags, subject to Buyer’s
final confirmation prior to each shipment.

4. Destination Of Delivery: Port of Rio
Grande, Brazil

5. Unit Price Quotation

Kindly request Seller to give us the preferable unit
prices basic on CIF destination for above each
commodity.

6. Trade Terms & Payment

Trade Term: CIF Rio Grande Port, Brazil
(Incoterms 2020)

Payment
By irrevocable, confirmed, operative Documentary
Letter of Credit (DLC) at sight for 100% of cargo
value, issued by a Top 50 world-ranked
bank acceptable to both parties.

Payment shall be made against presentation of
compliant shipping documents cargo on board in
accordance with the terms of the DLC.

7. Seller's Information Required

The Seller to provide the following certificates
and information's as below:

a) Full product specifications;
b) Latest third-party inspection/test report;
c) Proof of supply capability: minimum
100,000 MT per month

(e.g. past performance records, production
capacity statement);

D) Export appproval certificate;

E) Logistics routes details, such as Country of origin,
Port of loading, Transportation route; Proposed
shipping line/carrier;

F) other documents required.
