Cooking Oils Buy Requirement from China - 14-Aug-2026

We are writing to formally express our interest in
establishing a long-term procurement relationship
with your esteemed company for the supply of food-grade
Edible Oils.

As a reputable Chinese buyer, we are seeking to
contract the following products on an annual basis:

Product Quantity
Soybean Oil (Food Grade 20,000 metric tons per month
Blended Cooking Oil (Food Grade) 20,000 metric tons
per month
Total Monthly Volume 40,000 metric tons
Please note that the above quantities represent our
initial trial order. Should our cooperation prove successful
we intend to entrust you with additional annual contracts
for other edible oil products in the future.

Delivery Terms and Payment

Incoterms: CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight) to either
Qingdao Port or Shanghai Port, China.

Payment Terms: 100% irrevocable Documentary Letter
of Credit (DLC) at sight, issued by any of the world's top 30
international banks.
We do not accept any form of advance payment.
Should you be unable to accept our payment terms,
then this transaction will not proceed.

Pre-Qualification Requirement
China Customs Registration

As you may be aware, China has strict regulations governing
the import of food products. In accordance with the requirements
of the General Administration of Customs of China (GACC)
all foreign companies exporting food to China must be properly
registered. The GACC's China Import Food Enterprises
Registration (CIFER) system is the sole official platform for
registration processing and inquiries.

To proceed with this cooperation, we kindly request that you:

Search for your company's registration details.

Provide us with a screenshot of the search results
showing your company's valid registration information
(including name, address, registration date, validity
period, and current status).

Please be advised that if your company information cannot
be found on this official platform, then your company is not
qualified to export food to China. No other means of
communication will be entertained prior to the receipt of this
verified registration information.
Please note that this registration and query
process is free of charge.

Additional Information Required

Upon confirmation of your valid registration, we will
require the following to proceed to the next stage of
discussion:

Product Test Reports for both Soybean Oil and
Blended Cooking Oil, confirming compliance with
applicable Chinese National Standards.

Your CIF quotation to Qingdao Port or Shanghai Port,
including a clear breakdown of costs.

Confirmation of your guaranteed monthly supply
capacity for the requested 40,000 metric tons.

Next Steps

Upon receipt and satisfactory review of the above
documents, we will forward the buyer's complete
details to you and arrange for further communication.
