Rubber-Steel Gaskets Buy Requirement from Germany - 14-Aug-2026

We are looking for a producer of Rubber-steel Gaskets. It is
essential that the rubber compounds are certified for drinking
water applications. Overall consumption including all sizes is
250.000 pieces per year. We can share 3D drawings. Further
details are as follows:

1. Rubber is EPDM with shore hardness A 70?5.
2. Rubber-steel gasket in accordance with EN 1514-1 for use
with flanges conforming to EN 1092-1.
3. Operating temperature range from -25?C to +120 ?C
4. Pressure classes: PN 6 ? PN 40
5. Relevant certificates mainly for drinking water:
KTW-BWGL (UBA ELL: KTW D1 / D2, 1.3.13 BFA and W270)
WRAS
ACS
6. Please note that we require the products to be supplied
either under our brand name or in plain, unbranded packaging.
7. Delivery: CIF Hamburg Port, Germany
