Petroleum Coke Buy Requirement from Canada - 11-Aug-2026

We are looking for buy Pet Coke.
1. Quantity: to be Shipments of 25,000 MT - 30,000 MT
per month x 3 to be immediately followed by
Shipments of 50,000 MT or 25,000 MT x 2 per
month x 9
2. Price: Price to be quoted to be ARGUS Minus $ /
MT. CFR. Port Djibouti.
We have received an offer of Pet Coke from PDVSA
(The Venezuelan National Oil Company) Venezuela at
excellent price.
But shipping time is too long 40 day to 45 days
compare to Bandar Abbas port to Djibouti port is
12 days to max. 15 days.
3. Payment Terms: Buyer issues an SBLC as
Guarantee of Payment, with Final Payment by
MT 103 against Shipping Documents when
loading of vessel is completed.
