We want to buy Copy Paper for India and UAE, I am
new to this business A4 Copy Paper Trial Order 1x20ft FCL

Our firm is currently evaluating reliable manufacturers
to expand our supply chain for high-quality cut-size
office paper. I would like to request a formal
commercial quotation for a trial order of one 20-foot
Full Container Load (FCL) of A4 copy paper.
Please find our target technical specifications and
procurement requirements detailed below:
Product: Cut-Size Copy Paper (Standard Office
Grade)
Dimensions: A4 Size (210mm x 297mm)
Grammage: 80 GSM (Note: If you have highly
competitive pricing on 75 GSM, please include it as
an alternative)
Brightness: 102% - 104% (ISO Brightness preferred)
Packing Structure: 500 sheets per ream / 5 reams per
master box (Boxed packing preferred else lose
packing also work for cheap pricing)
Total Volume: 1 x 20ft FCL (Maximized weight
allocation according to your standard loading matrix,
approx. 7,800 to 8,000 reams)
Commercial & Logistics Terms:
Delivery Terms: Please quote both FOB [Your Local
Port] and CIF India and UAE(if applicable)
Payment Terms: Our standard operating procedure is
Letter of Credit (L/C) at Sight or T/T (30% deposit /
70% against B/L copy). Please state your preferred
terms for new accounts.
Certifications: Please confirm that the shipment will
be accompanied by standard Forest Stewardship
Council (FSC) or PEFC chain-of-custody
documentation.
We view this initial container strictly as a quality and
logistical benchmark. Upon a successful trial run and
approval of the physical paper quality, we intend to
scale our monthly volume consistently.
