Bitumen Buy Requirement from Cambodia - 23-Jul-2026

Currently, our company is interested in organizing long-term
supplies of Road Petroleum Bitumen Grade 60/70
(or Grade 60/90 with compliant penetration characteristics)
for road construction projects in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

We kindly request you to provide a commercial proposal
and communicate the following information:

1. Technical specification for Bitumen Grade 60/70
(or the produced 60/90 equivalent).

2. Product Technical Data Sheet (TDS).

3. Certificate of Analysis (COA).

4. Product unit price on FOB Port Poti / Batumi (Georgia)
or FCA Baku (Azerbaijan) terms.

5. Product unit price on CFR Port Sihanoukville (Kingdom of
Cambodia) terms, if such delivery option is available.
If arranging full delivery to Cambodia is not feasible for
you, we are also open to considering delivery to any
major transit hub or the nearest seaport convenient for you
from which we can organize the onward shipping ourselves.

6. Available packaging options for container transportation
(in steel drums, clovertainers, or other packed forms).

7. Minimum order quantity (MOQ).

8. Estimated production and delivery schedule.

9. Payment terms and conditions.

Additionally, please let us know if there is a possibility
of collaboration in the following areas:

Supply of cationic slow-setting bitumen emulsion CSS-1;
Supply of cationic rapid-setting bitumen emulsion CRS-2;
Supply of cold asphalt;
Supply of emulsifiers, chemical components
and formulations for bitumen emulsion production;
Technological cooperation, including equipment supply
and technology transfer for organizing local production of
Bitumen emulsions and cold asphalt in the Kingdom of
Cambodia.
