Letter of Intent for Purchase of Aluminum 6063 Scrap
and UBC or any other Aluminium or Brass Scrap materials
We are looking to establish a long-term supply relationship
starting with an initial trial consignment as follows:
Product 1: Aluminum 6063 Extrusion Scrap (Clean, free
of attachments).
Product 2: Aluminum UBC Scrap (Taldon),
Purity 95%?99%.
Total Quantity: 25 to 50 Metric Tons (Trial Shipment).
Target Chemical Specs: Iron (Fe) < 0.35%, Magnesium
(Mg) 0.45%?0.90% (For 6063).
Delivery Term: CFR [Your Port of Destination] or FOB Mombasa.
Payment Term: 100% LC at sight or mutually agreed T/T structure.
Inspection: Third-party inspection by SGS or Bureau Veritas
at Port of Loading (Mombasa) to verify chemical composition
and weight and Quality.
Please provide your latest Soft Corporate Offer (SCO) including
current pricing, photos of available stock, and a recent chemical
analysis report if available.

formal Purchase Agreement.
