EN590 Buy Requirement from United States - 26-Jun-2026

We urgently need EN590 for purchase on Procedure
EN590 FOB ROTTERDAM (TTV with TTVIA procedure)
Quantity: 100,000MT or more.

1. Buyer issues ICPO & CPA for Seller verification.
2. Seller verify CPA and Seller issues the Commercial
Invoice (CI) of the product in tanks at port within 24 hours,
then Buyer signs and returns Commercial Invoice to Seller.
3. Seller issues to Buyer the below document for verification
of the product (PPOP):
a) Tank Storage Receipt (TSR)
b) Dip Test Authorization (DTA)
c) SGS Report from Loading Port or Similar
d) Authority to Verify (ATV)
e) The Certificate of Origin
f) The Product Passport
g) The Availability of Sell and Collect.

4. After verification of seller?s Proof Of Product (POP)
the Buyer give Proof Of Funds (POF) for the seller to
be rest assured that funds is available to buy product.
5. Seller issues Dip Test Authorization (DTA) for Buyer to
proceed for the dip test in seller tank.
6. Buyer makes arrangements to conduct SGS Dip
Test at Seller's tank (Buyer makes his own SGS
arrangements on his expense).
7. Upon satisfactory result of the dip test on the product
by the Buyer and his team, Seller?s storage Company
issue to Buyer the Notice of Readiness (NOR) to inject
the product.
8. Buyer issues Q88 and makes available the Vessel for
the injection process to commence as schedule.
9. Upon completion of the Injection, Seller releases to
buyer the below POP documents.

a) Copy of Product SGS Report.
b) Copy of Injection Report.
c) Copy of Authority to Sell and Collect (ATSC)
d) Copy of Product passport (analysis test report)
e) Copy of Certificate of Origin
f) Copy of NCNDA/IMFPA

10. Buyer within 74 hours settles all intermediary and pays
for the full product cost.
11. Seller transfers Title of ownership to the buyer and
product is lifted.
12. Next monthly contract begins.

Seller issues Dip Test Authorization (DTA) for Buyer to proceed
for the dip test in seller tank.
(please note that buyer will not pay any tank or storage dta
fees or equivalent upfront fees)

Please note that buyer will not pay any fees or equivalent
upfront fees FOR Seller?s storage Company issuing to Buyer
the Notice of Readiness (NOR)

No Storage Tank Extension Fees.
No upfront POP fees.
No Lawyer or Attorney fees.
No Refinery or storage tank company asking for any
fees of any kind.
We can close this deal sooner than you expected.
