Icumsa 45 Sugar Buy Requirement from India - 24-Jun-2026

We are seeking a long-term supply of Brazilian ICUMSA 45 White
Refined Sugar.

Requirements:
Product: ICUMSA 45 White Refined Sugar
Quantity: 50,000 MT x 12 months
Expansion: Up to 100,000 MT x 12 months upon
successful performance
Destination: China
Contract: 12-month supply agreement with rollover potential
Commission Requirement: USD 10/MT to Seller Mandate/
Facilitator (to be included in the offer)
Buyer Payment Procedure:

The buyer?s procedure requires payment through a DLC
(MT700). Payment is to be released upon arrival of the
goods at the destination port in China following successful
inspection by CICC. Settlement shall be effected via MT103
wire transfer in accordance with the agreed contractual terms.

The buyer is extremely strict regarding procedures and documentation.
Therefore, before proceeding, kindly confirm whether your refinery, mill,
or seller group can accommodate the above payment structure.

Upon receiving confirmation that the payment procedure is acceptable,
the buyer is prepared to promptly issue an LOI for review and
progression of the transaction.

Detailed procedure
Commission structure
Proof of allocation or authority to sell
Ability to accommodate the above payment terms
