We are looking to secure a reliable and long-term supply
of Granular Sulphur for destination to China. Based on
your company strong expertise in mineral and commodity
trading, we would highly appreciate receiving your Soft
Corporate Offer (SCO) according to the following initial
requirements:

Commodity: Granular Sulphur (Sulphur Granules)
Quantity: From 50,000 MT up to 300,000 MT
(Please specify your available monthly/spot allocations)
Target Price: USD 200.00 USD 350.00 per MT
Delivery Terms: CIF China main ports (e.g., Qingdao
/ Tianjin / Shanghai ? please confirm your preferred
discharge ports)
Payment Terms: 100% Irrevocable, Transferable/Non-Transferable
Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight or DLC (to be mutually agreed upon)

Inspection: SGS or equivalent international inspection company
at loading port for quality and quantity. If your company has
available allocation and can meet these parameters, please
provide us with your specifications sheet, actual pricing, and
procedures. Upon review of your offer, we are prepared to
issue an official Letter of Intent (LOI) or ICPO immediately.
