We want to buy Granulated Sulphur.
Specification: Sulphur purity 98% – 99% (min),
granular form: full Certificate of Analysis (COA)
to be provided by Seller
Quantity: 50,000 MT (±5%)
Delivery Term: CIF Aqaba, Jordan (Incoterms 2020)
Packing: In bulk
Inspection: SGS or equivalent at load port
Price: To be quoted by Seller (USD/MT, FOB Aqaba)
Validity of LOI: 07 business days from date of issue

Payment Terms: Payment shall be made by an irrevocable
Documentary Letter of Credit (DLC) at sight, issued or
confirmed by a first-class international bank acceptable
to both parties, payable 100% against presentation of
compliant shipping documents. Buyer is also open to
MT103/TT against documents, subject to mutual agreement

Request: We kindly request that you share, at your
earliest convenience:
(i) your full product specification / COA
(ii) your accepted payment terms
(iii) the complete transaction procedure. Upon receipt
and mutual agreement, we shall proceed to execute
a formal Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).
