1. Product Specifications & Requirements
Types: Goat and Lamb (Carcass and/or specific primal cuts).
Processing: Strict Halal certification is mandatory for the
Kuwaiti market.
Chilled Meat: Must be strictly temperature-controlled,
typically requiring a shelf life that accommodates air transit
and local distribution.

Frozen Meat: Must be blast-frozen and maintained at 18 or below.
2. Required Documentation (For Kuwait Customs & MoH)
Please confirm if your facility can provide the following standard
export documents:

Certificate of Origin
Halal Slaughter Certificate (issued by an approved Islamic body)
Phytosanitary / Veterinary Health Certificate
Commercial Invoice and Detailed Packing List
Air Waybill (AWB)

3. Pricing & Terms
Please provide your best competitive pricing based on
FOB (Free on Board) Nairobi or CFR (Cost and Freight)
Kuwait via Air Freight:
Price per KG for Chilled Goat & Lamb
Price per KG for Frozen Goat & Lamb
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) per shipment for air freight

4. Air Freight Logistics
Since we are shipping by air, please confirm your capability
to handle cold-chain logistics from your facility up to Jomo
Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).

Do you have preferred air cargo liners you work with.

5. Prior Market Experience
Have you previously shipped meat products to Kuwait or any
other GCC countries (such as UAE, Qatar, or Saudi Arabia).

If yes, are your facilities already registered or approved by the
Kuwaiti authorities (Public Authority for Food and Nutrition - PAFN).
