Petcoke Buy Requirement from China - 01-Jun-2026

Dear Sir or Madam,

This letter serves as an expression of interest from our
company to purchase Petroleum Coke on a regular
and long-term basis. We are a serious buyer with
established trade credentials and the financial
capacity to conclude transactions via international
letters of credit.

Please find below our specific requirements and terms:
1. Product Specification
Product: Petroleum Coke (Green or Calcined, as per
suppliers capability meeting below specs)
Nickel (Ni) Content: 4% ? 10% (by weight)
Iron (Fe) Content: Less than 0.03%
Origin: Any origin worldwide (no restriction)

2. Quantity
Monthly Requirement: 50,000-70,000 metric tons
(50kt-70kt per month)

3. Price & Trade Terms
Incoterm: CIF only

Destination Port: Specify, e.g., Shanghai / Qingdao /
any major China port, or leave as, China main port

Price basis: CIF named port of discharge, all costs
including freight and insurance covered by seller
up to destination port.

4. Payment Terms
Payment Method: Irrevocable, confirmed Letter of Credit
(L/C) at sight opened by our bank.

No advance payment, no prepayment, no deposit,
no performance bond of any kind will be made.
The only payment instrument is the L/C, which will
be activated upon shipment or presentation of complying
documents as per the final Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA).

5. Additional Conditions
All technical analysis shall be verified by a mutually
agreed independent inspection body (e.g., SGS,
CCIC, Bureau Veritas) at the loading port.

Sellers must provide detailed product specifications,
mill test certificates, and origin documentation.

A draft SPA shall be exchanged after successful
negotiation of commercial terms.

6. Next Steps
Should your company be able to meet the above
specifications and terms, please provide your best
CIF quotation together with:

Product specifications analysis sheet
(including Ni and Fe content)
Loading port and delivery schedule
Company profile and past export records
