Powder for our UK-based health supplement brand.
We are currently reviewing suppliers across Bangladesh
and India ahead of our Q3 purchasing decision.

We have specific requirements and like to understand

Our requirements:
Product: Pure moringa leaf powder (no stems, no fillers)
Grade: Premium food grade, human consumption
Drying method: Low-temperature oven drying only (no sun drying)
Mesh size: 100 mesh minimum, 120 mesh preferred
Moisture: <7%
Protein content: >25%
Packaging: 25kg kraft paper bags (food grade inner liner)
Origin: Must be clearly stated and verifiable

For our evaluation I'll need the following from you:
1. Full Certificate of Analysis (COA) from a third-party lab
per batch preferred
2. Your product brochure or specification sheet
3. Processing facility address and any certifications held
(HACCP, ISO, Halal, Organic etc.)
4. High-resolution photos of the finished powder
and packaging
5. FOB price per kg at the following volumes:
100kg, 500kg, 1MT, 5MT
6. Your MOQ for a first trial order
7. Payment terms you offer
8. Typical lead time from order confirmation
to cargo ready at port

We are not looking for the cheapest option.
We are building a premium product line and need
a supplier who can demonstrate consistent quality
across batches. If the trial order meets our lab
standards, we would be looking at recurring quarterly
orders of 2-5MT.

Please also confirm whether you can supply
samples before a commercial order.
We cover DHL/FedEx shipping costs on our end.
