We formally express our Letter of Intent (LOI) to purchase
Raw Cashew Nuts (RCN) under the following terms,
specifications, and international trade conditions:

Processing Status: 100% Raw,
Unprocessed Cashew Nuts
Cashew Variety: Determined by Seller
Quality & International Standards:
Outturn: 48 lbs ? 52 lbs (minimum acceptable: 48 lbs)
Nut Count: 180 ? 210 nuts per kilogram
Moisture Content: Maximum 9%
Defective Nuts: Not more than 2.5%
Foreign Matter: Maximum 0.2%
Immature Nuts: Maximum 8%
Floaters: Maximum 10%
Insect Damage / Mold: Free from live infestation,
mold, and abnormal odor
Packing: New jute bags or polypropylene bags,
80 kgs net per bag

All Raw Cashew Nuts must comply with international
RCN trade standards and be suitable for industrial
processing into cashew kernels.
Quantity & Contract Scope:
Trial Quantity: 1 Container (20-25 MTs)
Monthly Supply Capacity: Up to 4 Containers
per month
Contract Duration: 12 months.
Price & Payment Terms:
Price: To be determined (TBD).
Seller to provide quotation
Currency: USD
Preferred Payment Terms:
Letter of Credit (LC) 100% Payment will be made
to sellers account immediately the goods is cleared
at destination
Issued by a top-tier international bank

Shipping & Logistics:
Trade Term: CIF and Cost Insurance Freight
Loading Port: ASWP

Destination Port: Tuticorin or Buyers nominated port
Shipment: Partial and rolling shipments allowed
Inspection & Quality Assurance:
Inspection to be conducted at loading port by an
independent international inspection agency
such as: SGS
Intertek
Bureau Veritas
Final quality to be based on inspection report and
outturn analysis at port of Destination.
Duration of Contract:12 months with rolls and
extensions (R&E) subject to performance and
mutual agreement.
Additional Notes: No advance payment shall be made.
Seller must provide all export documentation, including:
Full (3/3) Set of on board Master Bill of Lading Made
out To Order, Marked, Freight Prepaid,
Notify Party Buyers name.
Signed and stamped Commercial Invoice.
Signed and stamped Packing List.
Certificate of origin issued by competent authority
of Export Country.
Certificate of quality and quantity is by SGS
or buyer representative.
Phytosanitary Certificate issued by government competent
authority of the Export Country.
Fumigation certificate issued by competent authority
of the Export Country.
Insurance policy certificate cover 110% invoice value
issued by competent authority arranged by buyer
Quality confirmation issued by buyer representative
after Inspection of Cargo.
Typographical (errors and spelling mistakes) acceptable
except for quality, weight, Origin and price. All documentation
must comply with international export regulations.
