We want to buy Granule Sulfur.

Product: Specifications:
1. Purity

• Total Sulfur (S) content: = 99.5 – 99.8 wt% (common
export grade)

2. Particle / Granule Size

• Granule Size Distribution:

• 2–7 mm or 2–6 mm typical (= 90 % in that range,
small fines limited)

• Some suppliers also offer 3–5 mm or 4–8 mm as per
specification.

3. Impurities

• Ash content: max 0.05 % typical (very low)

• Hydrocarbons: = 0.05 % (max)

• Acidity (as H2SO4): = 0.02 % typical

• Moisture: = 0.2 – 0.5 % (lower is better for acid
plants)

• Metals (As, Te, Se): Commercially free or negligible

4. Physical Properties

• Colour: Bright yellow (elemental Sulphur)

• Melting Point: ~115–119 °C

• Boiling Point: ~445 °C

• Density: ~2.0–2.1 g/cm³ (@15 °C)

5. Packaging & Handling

• Bulk (loose), jumbo bags (1 MT), or 25–50 kg bags
are common depending on buyer requirements and
transport logistics.

• Lower dust generation due to granule form improves
safety and handling vs. powder.

6. ISO 14001 certificate

7. Packaging 1-ton bags.
8. Transportation by road.

9. Private company supplying to various mines.
