Origin

List of countries In order of Preference
1. Malaysia
2. Indonesia
3. Thailand
4. Kazakhstan and all neighboring countries
5. Taiwan
6. Turkey
7. India*

Loading Port - Any main port in the listed countries.

Trial Quantity - 100 MT - 400 MT

Monthly Quantity -2000 MT.

Destination Port Vietnam:

Price - Seller to provide /MT (open to negotiations)

Payment Terms - DLC MT 700 CIF, FOB
Part Payment (open to negotiations)

PROCEDURES

Buyer sends LOI
Seller sends FCO to be signed by the Buyer .

Seller or Buyer sends draft SPA to be agreed
and signed by both parties in at most 3 working days .

Seller issues
Proforma Invoice
Proof of products videos with current date
Invitation letter to buyer's representative to
come and check the goods in warehouse:
Seller assists buyers representatives to get visa.

Buyer's representatives travel to seller's
country and seller picks them from airport

Arrangements are made by seller to check the goods .

Seller and buyer hold table top meeting ( TTM) and
final conclusions are made for payment
arrangements which ever suits seller

Goods are loaded on to the ship after
preparation of all export documents

Base on payment options chosen by seller he will
be paid either for CIF , FOB or part cash payment.
NB:
Only accepted origin for the trial is the listed countries
in order of Preference. After the trial, any other
origin can be accepted.
